Parts & Materials Committee:

The decision on whether to use OEM, aftermarket or recycled parts is a controversial one, but this committee has left no stone unturned in developing understanding of the issues and recommending new parts procurement processes. It has thrived on the involvement of aftermarket parts companies and recyclers, whose insight has provided a balanced overall view. The committee carried out some blind tests on aftermarket and recycled panels, with some very interesting results.
